The technician you chose is no longer available - someone has called and taken the appointment before your on-line request was seen by Glow 2. The technician does not perform the service you are requesting 3. Someone beat you to it on-line and their request came thru first *** please note- it is rare that you will get a rejection *******BUT AGAIN, you do not have an appointment until you RECEIVE an email from Glow Thank you for your patience as the road to technology can be bumpy.
